4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete booking information, be ready at the scheduled pickup time, provide accurate pickup and destination addresses, notify us promptly of any schedule changes or cancellations, treat our drivers, employees, and vehicles respectfully, and follow all safety instructions during transportation.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation or refusal of service.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
Customers should provide as much advance notice as possible when canceling a ride. Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice may be considered a no-show.
LaneCar Logistics reserves the right to charge applicable fees for late cancellations or repeated no-shows where permitted by law or under applicable service agreements.
6. Payments
Payment may be required before or after services depending on the booking arrangement. We accept approved payment methods listed on our website. You agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your transportation services.
If payment is processed through a third-party payment provider, that provider's terms and conditions will also apply.
7. Medical Disclaimer
