How the Process Works
Before transportation begins, eligibility requirements are reviewed to ensure riders qualify for coordinated rideshare support. Once approved, transportation can be coordinated directly through our Intake Team or booked independently by families or riders.

Approval & Setup
Once qualified, we activate shared ride access via Uber Health/Lyft with safety protocols.
